Frequently Asked Questions
Is the artwork framed?
Yes and No... Each peice of artwork will specify whether it is framed or unframed. Please check the title to see if the painting you are buying is framed.

Since framing is an important component of how a work of art is presented (which is largely based on personal taste), the owner of an art work is often the best person to select the frame.

What form of payments are accepted and how are payments processed?
Credit Cards: We accept payments using our secure money transfer agent, Paypal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
How is the artwork shipped?
Shipping for Linda Hartough Paintings: All art works are carefully rolled into a protective shipping tube, insured, and shipped via UPS ground from our South Carolina facility. Allow 7-10 business days for your purchase to arrive. All items on our website will ship from the United States. All prices shown are in U.S. dollars.
Shipping for our Framed Photography Collection will be shipped by 2nd Day DHL.
Shipping for Bronze Sculputures: We don't keep a large inventory due to the high out-of-pocket costs for each bronze sculpture. This means that if a piece is not in stock, it could take 8 to 10 weeks before shipping. Occasionally even longer if the art foundry is booked up.
We use FedEx and usually 3-day Express Saver in the US to ship our golf sculptures.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all purchases.
What is your return policy?
If your order doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We do not have re-stocking fees or hidden charges. Simply contact us with your return information and we'll be happy to send you return instructions and an address to return to. Once your painting has been received at our return location, we will send you a notification email and issue a refund of your full purchase price. If you need to return a painting, you are only responsible for the return shipping expense.
